Now mind you I live on the last street back, and had a super view of the olympics and the straight of Juan de Fuca. I paid 97500 for my 1400 SF house 11 years ago. It was assessed as 135000 now before they built. SO they get my view, and they charge a honking big price for that view, which in turn makes MY property taxes go up, and MY VIEW GO AWAY!!!! Dont you love how they advertised it?

I wonder if caterpillars eat new siding? Hmmmmmmmmmmm
