I figured out how to import my address book, and it worked, but I can not send any thing. ANd all I can receive is on the OLD account.
HELP!!!!!!! CARL????? WS????? JIMBOB??????
Where is everybody when I need them?

You need to go into the "account" area of whatever email client you use (thunderbird, outlook, whatever) and create a new account with your new server names.
