That is what I am doing right now....I just hate having to do that...it should work right the first time!
Computers are designed to improve our character-- or destroy is. Not sure yet which.
I feel for ya, lately I've wanted to toss mine out the window!
And you have to ask why I haven't been back to blogging!
I'm already walking a fine line. LOL!

Another fine mess you got yourself into ali.
I've managed to mess up my desktop machine to the point that it won't boot up nor even let me use the rescue disk. I have a new operating system on order that I hope will arrive tomorrow AND that it will let me boot the machine from the DVD drive with it. Then I'll reformat the C drive, move the new OS to it and start over setting it up. Sure is a good thing that we enjoy doing this kind of stuff, right?
Who KNEW twenty years ago when I minored in Computers that I would really need to remember all that crap! Of course it was all on Apple IIE's and they are now obsolete just like me and PETE!!!
I have heard a lot of people losing their work this week. It might not be your computer.
