OK! OK!!!

Alright already!!! I'll POST!!

I have been duly chastised for not posting in so long. The point is I have a LOT to say, but don't quite know how to put it on paper. Have you ever had bees buzzing around in your head looking for a way out? That is how I feel. I have not had a good month, both mentally and physically, and just did not want to let the world in on it. I have tried to write. I sit down at the computer, and my mind goes totally BLANK!

I promise I will get better, I am alive, I am still in a tremendous amount of pain, but I do live! I will post. In fact today I ventured out in the 8" of snow that we got this week, and drove into town, snapping pictures all the way. I will edit them tomorrow and post then.

In the mean-time. I am here, I have not quit blogging. I WONT quit unless I loose power. I just may not blog every day. I wont be a quitter like some people I know! Wink wink...

Hope you are all well and ready for the holidays...stay warm!

It's about time! But I really understand about going blank. I have a lot of blank lately.

We all go through periods of ups and downs and it is hard to right if your health is giving you fits.

I'm so happy you're writing again... as a lapsed writer being reborn, I completely understand the 'buzzing'!! We've moved to Arizona... my MS was NOT a good match for the rain... but I do miss the islands!!

Keep freeing the buzzes!

I think it's okay to go for long periods without posting. (I certainly do) Blogging will become a drag if we think of it as another "have to do" chore.

Sorry you haven't been feeling well. Take care of yourself and only come back when you feel up to it.

I heard that wink...

I don't know about bees in my head, but I know the feeling of having thoughts to share, ---until I sit down to write and I can't remember what I'd planned to say. Sometimes it's hard to pin thoughts down.

Sheesh! if you don't blog for a few days, people think you have up and moved to another country, or worse! It is nice for folks to be concerned, and I am sure if something untoward should happen, then a quick note would be left on your blog so your readers won't be very concerned.
I feel the same as you do, when I have something to say, and I want to post, then I will get around to it. I HATE the feeling of "you MUST post EVERY day" that is baloney, no one should ever feel that pressure or the fun goes out of blogging. And of course if you are not feeling well, then all you want to do is crawl into bed and pull the covers over your head.
So ML I hope you are back up to speed soon. Be careful out on the roads. I was out yesterday--- Huge mistake, I scared myself half to death.

YUP,, LIKE JAZZI, I GOT YOUR WINK.
I KNOW I'VE BEEN REMISS AND NEED TO GET BACK ON MY HORSE NAMED "BLOG" AND RIDE. I WILL MAKE IT MY NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION TO DO SO.
I'M HUNKERING DOWN FOR THE COMING STORM. NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT AT ALL.
AT LEAST MY KITTIES ARE BLISSFULLY UNAWARES. THINK I'LL SLEEP IN MY CLOTHES TONIGHT, ALTHO. I DON'T KNOW HOW I'D GET OUTTA' HERE QUICK IF I HAD TO.

I've also been not so regular at posting as I used to be. Now that I am not alone it somehow seems a bit harder to come up with the time and how many times can I say that I am happy? I will look forward to seeing your photos later today when you get them up.

As to weather, this last week really shows why I (used to) like to go south for winters. I sure wish I could talk Pat into doing it again. Maybe if we have really bad weather continuously for the next few weeks she will agree to take the RV & head south for 3 weeks or so.

Merry Christmas, Mary Lou. I hope you are feeling better by now although I know you are all still snowed in.

I was so sorry to hear about Ethel's death, but glad she was able to be at home and slipped away naturally. I just was informed that Cookie has liver cancer and has 1-3 months to live. I am trying to just love her as much as I can a day at a time.
